With a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Leadership & Planning, she brings a unique blend of expertise and lived experience to her work. Shaquana specializes in care coordination, benefits navigation, advocacy, and oncology patient support, ensuring clients receive guidance, resources, and hope during life’s most challenging moments.
